MISSION:
Develop, provide, coordinate and manage resource management activities for the Command. Perform Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), financial management, and force development and management functions for the Command. Manage all PPBE and defense of assigned resources to higher headquarters. Manage key Command programs, including Manager's Internal Control Program (MICP), Defense Inter-service and Intra-governmental Support Agreements, Commercial Activities, Joint Reconciliation, Mid-Year Review, Budget Year Resource Summit, Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Funding Policy Determinations, and other programs required by higher eadquarters. Provide resource management advice and consultation to the Commander and functional elements as required for Command mission accomplishment. Administer the Career Program (CP) 11 Comptroller and CP 26 Manpower and Force Management Career Intern Programs for the Command.
