MISSION:

Provide AMCOM with innovative and accessbile strategic human capital management programs and services for soldiers, civilians, and family members worldwide. Collaborate with internal and external

stakeholders to recruit, develop, sustain, and manage a top-performing workforce.

VISION:

Develop and execute strategic human capital management programs to better facilitate and enhance

AMCOM's mission, both now and in the future.

GOALS:

Develop a standardized process and policies for pre-deployment, deployment and reintegration.

Develop standardized personnel accountability process and implement an automated notification and

tracking personnel accountability system.

Pilot supervisory skills training program with full deployment after successful pilot.

Develop additional classroom training for supervisors.

Offer additional G-1 instructed training to further develop employees and decrease training costs.

Assist depots in self-sustainment for leader development.

Work with Garrison to replace the Orange Drive training facility with the Redstone Civilian Education

Satellite Campus.

Develop AMCOM Human Capital Strategic Plan for 2013-2017.

Develop and implement workers' compensation policy, action plan, and return to work program.

Implement automated TAPES program.

Host a job fair for Veterans.

Develop classification accountability process.

Implement and market Pathways Program to recruit successor workforce.
