Every year the Medical Readiness and Training Command, Army Reserve Medical Command hosts Regional Medic. It's an exercise designed to test the skills of medical Soldiers and the capabilities of their units. In the shift to Large Scale Combat Operations, observer-coach/ trainers are prepared to push reserve Soldiers harder, making them Combat Ready.
