Redstone Arsenal, Ala. -- The U.S. Army Security Assistance Command will hold a Foreign Military Sales Relationships Day for industry and business representatives Feb. 5 from 1:15 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County. The meeting will focus on facilitating interaction between the military and industry, and the benefits of developing relationships with foreign countries. The Feb. 5 meeting will also highlight Foreign Military Sales cases being conducted in the geographic area of U.S. Forces Pacific Command (PACOM).

The AMCOM Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) will provide a presentation on how FMS cases are developed consisting of a "total package" and the ACC will discuss current initiatives to provide industry visibility into the contract proposal through award process.

There is no cost to attend the meeting, but advanced reservations are requested as spaces are limited to no more than two representatives from each business, company or corporation. Reservations will be made on a first come-first served basis.
