USAG Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Emergency Services (DES), participated in this year's "Festival of Trees" benefitting the Primary Children's Medical Center.

The DES team donated $250 to create the whimsical "Frosty the Snowman" inspired Christmas tree. DES wanted to give recognition to the hard working staff of Primary Children's Medical Center and to all the children they have served.

Several families within the DES have utilized Primary Children's Medical Center services and are thankful for their patience, understanding, and positive caring atmosphere exhibited by the staff. The Police Officers, Firemen, Emergency Dispatchers, and their families want to say Thank You to Primary Children's Medical Center and hope that this tree brings good fortune to the lives that they save.

"Frosty" raised $750.00. Every penny raised during the tree auction helps children at Primary Children's Medical Center. Since 1971, the Festival has raised over $30.8 million for children at Primary Children's Medical Center, with $1.65 million of that raised in 2011.

The DES Team is making this an annual tradition and has already started planning for next year's tree. Anyone wishing to donate toward next year's tree should contact DES at 435 831-2050.
