FORT LEAVENWORTH, Kan. -- The Army Training Network (ATN) has added two new videos to train Soldiers and develop Army leaders.

One video demonstrates how to conduct an After Action Review (AAR), and another shows how to conduct a Rehearsal of Concept drill, or ROC drill.

The videos are available on ATN's YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/ArmyTrainingNetwork?feature=mhee

An AAR is a guided analysis of an organization's performance, conducted at appropriate times during and at the conclusion of a training event or operation with the objective of improving future performance.

A ROC drill helps leaders and subordinates understand an operation and their responsibilities during the operation. It also helps units synchronize operations and training with time, places and training enablers.
