FORT DRUM, N.Y. -- Soldiers, emergency personnel, Family Members and civilian employees gathered Tuesday in front of the 9/11 Memorial in front of Clark Hall for the annual 9/11 memorial ceremony. Bells sounded at 8:46, 9:02, 9:37 and 10:03 a.m. to honor the lives lost as each plane impacted World Trade Center Towers 1 and 2, the Pentagon and the crash site in Pennsylvania.
