FORT SHAFTER, Hawaii - Lt. Gen. Francis J. Wiercinski, commanding general, U.S. Army Pacific was the keynote speaker during a 9/11 Remembrance ceremony held Sept 9, at Palm Circle on Fort Shafter, Hawaii. The Remembrance ceremony was held to reflect on the 10 years since 9/11 and to honor those who died, were injured and those who have served.
