FORT LEE, Va. - Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond F. Chandler III addressed Soldiers attending the Army Logistics University’s Noncommissioned Officers course June 1. Chandler stressed the vital role NCOs have in enforcing the Army’s standards and setting the example for junior Soldiers to emulate.
