SEATTLE - The Sacramento District's Creg Hucks and Tim Willard were among the Corps employees recognized with awards during the Corps' annual Summer Leaders' Conference here Aug. 2. Hucks was named the Corps' Communicator of the Year, for his work on the district's American River Watershed Program. Willard received the Construction Management Excellence Award, for overseeing more than $165 million in military construction projects in Utah.
