The best of the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command's noncommissioned officers and Soldiers convened in Colorado Springs, Colo., this week to begin competition to earn the title of the command's NCO of the Year and Soldier of the Year.
Boards and tests make up the first day of USASMDC/ARSTRAT's Noncommissioned Officer/Soldier of the Year competition.
Days two through four will consist of an Army Physical Fitness Test and various training exercises to test the NCOs' and Soldiers' skills.
