Paul Carbonell honored for 45 years of service by 7th Signal Command (Theater) FORT KNOX, Ky. — Paul Carbonell was recognized for 45 years of exemplary service during a ceremony where Mr. Terence Whitlock Sr. presented him with an award on behalf of Brig. Gen. Eric J. Van Den Bosch, commanding general of the 7th Signal Command (Theater).
