SATMO is a subordinate organization of USASAC, which develops and manages foreign military sales (FMS) cases and security assistance programs for the U.S. Army Materiel Command. FMS is a critical component of U.S. foreign policy. Currently, USASAC has a $281 billion FMS portfolio with more than 136 nations and 11 agencies.
