FORT KNOX, Ky. — Volunteers from the Fort Knox American Red Cross Helping Hands Program were awarded Public Service Commendation Medals at the organization’s Warrior Warehouse facility for their volunteer service to the community on May 7, 2024.
“They play a crucial and vital role to the support that we give the community on Fort Knox,” said Command Sgt. Maj. Sherm Waters. “Without these volunteers the services that we provide in this building would not be provided to the Families and our community.”
