PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - The purpose of this advisory is to assist in notifying residents, community leaders and municipal offices that Picatinny will be conducting tests or other activities that generates noise that can be heard outside Picatinny on Tuesday, July 9 thru Thursday, July 11, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
