PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - The purpose of this advisory is to assist in notifying residents, community leaders and municipal offices that Picatinny will be conducting tests or other activities that generates noise that may be heard outside Picatinny between Wednesday, May 7, and Friday, May 9, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m, and then again on Monday, April 28, and Wednesday, April 30, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
