Carson serves up Thanksgiving meals Nov. 21

FORT CARSON, Colo. — Two Fort Carson Ivy Warrior Restaurants and the Evans Army Community Hospital dining facility will be serving Thanksgiving meals Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Robert C. Stack Ivy Warrior Restaurant, located in building 2330, near Titus Boulevard and Specker Avenue

Stack main entrees will be roast turkey, ham, grilled ribeye, roasted pig and catfish. Sides include macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and dinner rolls. For dessert, Stack will have pies, cupcakes and cobblers. Cost of the meal is $11.20, with a discounted rate of $8.30 for Family members of E-1 to E-4s.

Wolf Ivy Warrior Restaurant, located in building 1444, near Specker Avenue and Nelson Street

Wolf main entrees will be fried and oven roasted turkey, ham and salmon. Sides include mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, hot rolls and deviled eggs. Desserts options will be cheesecake, carrot cake, assorted pies and cookies. Cost of the meal is $11.20, with a discounted rate of $8.30 for Family members of E-1 to E-4s.

Evans Army Community Hospital

EACH main entrees will be roast turkey, beef burgundy and apricot glazed pork loin. Sides include English roast potatoes, cornbread dressing and fresh cut green beans. For dessert, EACH will have assorted pies, red velvet cake and marble cheesecake. Menu items priced separately.
