HILO, Hawaii - U.S. Army Pōhakuloa Training Area (PTA) firefighters and cultural resources staff participated in the Hawaii National Guard Youth Challenge Academy Career Day, September 23, 2023. PTA Army Civilians spoke to cadets about their career fields and skills and answered questions. PTA routinely engages with the community to foster positive relations, such as speaking at events, participating in parades and festivals and conducting service projects.
