"He was a rising star, and like that star that lit up a building and room, his legacy will continue on in this building with this room. From this day forward, this conference room will be called the Aucoin Room. It reflects what the Army refers to as LDRSHIP: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity and Personal Courage. Captain Aucoin was fearless and represented the spirit and commitment of our allies and partners. This is our way of helping to ensure his legacy is always remembered."
