Team Truscott was an installation level, cross functional team that would operationalize the division’s approach to modernization, identify and solve problems, and share lessons learned with the rest of the Army.
It included stakeholders from all the warfighting functions, personnel form the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security (DPTMS), and representatives from the affected units on the installation.
