The monthly post retirement ceremony will be Friday, July 29 at 3 p.m. in Waybur Theater and hosted by the commander of U.S. Army Reserve Aviation Command, Brig. Gen. H. Allan Cutchin, and his senior enlisted leader, Command Sgt. Maj. Brian Schlatter.

The public is invited, and the event will also be live streamed on Fort Knox Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/events/525431375609359 (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox web browsers recommended).

The following retirees will be honored in this ceremony:

· Lt. Col. Michael Burgess, 84th Training Command, with 32 years of service

· Sgt. Maj. Keith Walker, U.S. Army Human Resources Command, with 29 years of service

· Master Sgt. Sabrina Weidner, Office of the Chief of Army Reserve, with 25 years of service

· Sgt. 1st Class Edwin Mancini, V Corps, with 20 years of service

·        Sgt. 1st Class Robert Hernandez, V Corps, with 20 years of service

·        Staff Sgt. Mark Bird, 34th Military Police Detachment, with 21 years of service

· Burt Thompson Jr., U.S. Army Garrison-Fort Knox, with 40 years of service
