Vacation Bible School ‘coming around again’ to Fort Knox July 25-29

FORT KNOX, Ky. — Fort Knox religious officials have announced the return of Vacation Bible School to the installation Religious Support Office July 25-29 for children ages 6-12.

Themed “ZOOMERANG: Returning to the Value of Life,” this year’s five-day event, in Building 4769, will take place in the land Down Under — Australia. During the week, kids will explore the varied landscapes of the continent, where they will encounter koalas, kangaroos and more as they learn about the eternal value of human life.

Registration is open to the Fort Knox community. Forms are available now and can be picked up at the RSO and any chapel.

An orientation and final registration day will be held in the RSO July 23 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Parents can register their children in person and learn about what’s in store each day for them, while the children meet Crocodile Dundee. Food and drinks will be available.
