Army incentivizes Soldiers to do self moves

The Army is incentivizing Soldiers and families to choose the personally-procured move, or PPM option, to move their own personal property.

Soldiers and families will receive a payment equal to 100% of the estimated cost the government would pay a moving company to move their items. This is up from 95%.
