Ceremony marks new chapter in corrections on JBLM — At a groundbreaking ceremony for the start of construction of the new Northwestern Joint Regional Correctional Facility, leaders from I Corps, Army Corrections Command and 42nd Military Police Brigade planted their symbolic shovels in the dirt.
