The new homes are being built as part of Corvias Solutions Investment, which includes $60.7 million in new construction, renovations, and energy-efficient upgrades which will touch all 3,827 existing homes for safe, secure housing at Fort Riley.

In addition to the construction of the new homes, the investment also funds major renovations to 32 homes in the Rim Rock neighborhood, new roofs on 84 historic homes, 6 playground upgrades, weatherproofing 25 homes and landscape improvement throughout communities on Fort Riley.
