JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. -- U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Seattle District will swear in about 15 new U.S. citizens at 1 p.m. Nov. 7 during a naturalization ceremony at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The new citizens are active-duty service members.The ceremony takes place at the Club at McChord Field. A JBLM joint-service honor guard will present the colors. The keynote speaker for the ceremony is Col.
