On day two, the 24 competitors competing in the 2019 XVIII Airborne Corps NCO and Soldier of the Year Competition participated in multiple situational training exercises involving tasks designed to test battle readiness and resiliency June 25, 2019 at Fort Bragg, N.C. Constantly moving and being tested all day against rugged terrain and intense heat, the Soldiers strived to prove they were mentally and physically tough enough to win the competition.
