Army Reserve Soldier receives honor as Chicago White Sox 'Hero of the Game'

Master Sgt. Shandrel Daniels meets Chicago White Sox third base coach, Nick Capra, during the White Sox vs Washington Nationals game at Guaranteed Rate Field, June 11, 2019. Daniels attended the game to be honored during the 'Hero of the Game' recognition there. Daniels, who has served for 31 years with two deployments, was honored in front of a crowd of 17,000.
