Fort Knox leaders in mid-December honored three Hardin County mayors who have consistently supported the installation over the years.

Elizabethtown Mayor Edna Berger, Radcliff Mayor Mike Weaver and Vine Grove Mayor Blake Proffitt were presented Distinguished Fort Knox Teammate awards by Fort Knox Garrison leadership in appreciation for their years of dedicated service to their respective communities and partnerships with the Fort Knox community.

Each of the elected officials will be departing public service in the coming weeks.
