FORT SHAFTER, Hawaii (Oct. 18, 2018) - Australian Consul-General, Ambassador Jane Hardy and Australian Deputy Consul-General, Dr. Teena Browning visit with Pacific Ocean Division (POD) Commanding General, Brig. Gen. Thomas Tickner, Honolulu District Commander, Lt. Col. Kate Sanborn, Honolulu District Chief, Civil Works Branch, Michael Wyatt, and POD's Senior Program Manager for International Cooperation, Evan Ting at the Pacific Ocean Division Headquarters.
Leaders leveraged the opportunity to meet with Australian partners from the consulate in Honolulu. Participants gained a better understanding of each other's organizational roles, responsibilities, and priorities. Both entities look forward to working closely with one another to achieve common objectives.
