The 1st Signal Brigade hosted an Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month Observance at the Collier Fitness Center, May 24, featuring guest speaker Brig. Gen. Viet X. Luong, deputy commanding general operations for 8th Army and an energizing display of Pacific Island culture from the dance group "Hearts of the Pacific."
