Brig. Gen. James Moore assumed duties as commanding general of the 593rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command June 14, 2017. BG Moore is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a Distinguished Military Graduate of the Virginia State University ROTC Program (commissioned in May 1989).Brig. Gen.
