PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - At zero-dark-thirty on the chilly morning of March 11 several Picatinny Soldiers held a joint physical fitness training workout with Marine NCOs stationed here.

The service members' joint PT was in recognition of the Year of the NCO; the focus for the month of March is physical fitness.

The morning was truly as group activity as Command Sgt. Maj. Rodney Rhoades, Picatinny Garrison command sergeant major, got the group off to a start with a series of warm-up activities, and then he turned over the warm up to other Soldiers and Marines.

The group then proceeded inside the Forge Fitness gymnasium where they broke down into two teams for a friendly game of Marine-vs.-Soldier basketball.
