HONOLULU, Hawaii (Apr. 20, 2017) - Rear Adm. Paul D. Pearigen, commander of Navy Medicine West at Naval Base San Diego, toured Tripler Army Medical Center during his visit to Hawaii. Col. Andrew M. Barr, Tripler Army Medical Center commander, and Navy Capt. Jeffrey W. Timby, Tripler Army Medical Center deputy commanding officer, both greeted Pearigen upon his arrival and accompanied him during the tour. Pearigan visited various departments throughout the medical treatment facility to observe significant contributions to both Navy and Army Medicine, and support the partnership between Navy Medicine West and Tripler Army Medical Center to expand patient access to care in the Pacific.
