The U.S. Army Redstone Test Center, or RTC, provided students from Randolph School with a STEM-related tour just before the Thanksgiving holiday.

Students were welcomed by RTC Commander, Col. John Jones, and given a tour overview by RTC team member, Destin Sandlin.

The students enjoyed a hands-on static display of several aircraft at RTC's hangar before being transported by bus to their Electromagnetic Environmental Effects Test Division, or E3, where they went inside the Anechoic Chamber and observed a static electricity display.

After leaving E3, the students traveled to one of RTC's test areas to observe a Bradley Fighting Vehicle and an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle demo before calling their learning mission complete.

"We were honored to host this great group of students," Jones said. "We look forward to more opportunities to support education in our community," said Col. Jones.
