Col Paula Barfield-Hughes, Maj. Laurel Cofell Rashti, Sgt Maj. Jacqueline Isaac and Master Sgt. Kelley Harris. 'I want you guys to be like a sponge and absorb all of our energies,' Parks said. 'We have a lot to learn from each other.' The Female Forum is a network that serves as a place to empower, educate and mentor all women of the Fort Jackson community. The next meeting will be in January.
