Lt. Gen. Benjamin Mixon (Right), commander of U.S. Army, Pacific, joins representatives from Thailand in cutting the ribbon for a new school facility in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand, during a dedication ceremony Feb. 17. The facility was the last of six built by Thai and U.S. military engineers with the Combined Joint Civil Military Operations Task Force throughout Exercise Cobra Gold.
