PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. -- This year, military housing residents were asked to participate in the Army's annual resident satisfaction survey, providing feedback about housing, amenities, and overall customer service.

Picatinny Homes, managed by Balfour Beatty Communities, has earned a Platinum "A List" award and three 'A List' awards recognizing the highest levels of service and satisfaction as a result of survey feedback from residents.

"Out of 43 installations in the Army, we came in second place," said Richard Karlsson, Residential Communities Initiative Manager. "That's quite an accomplishment for Picatinny Arsenal considering we were competing against all of the heavy hitters in the Army (Forts Bragg, Hood, Carson, Bliss, and Joint Base Lewis McChord) among others. We are very proud of this achievement."

Residents graded Balfour Beatty Communities on several aspects of the housing experience, including leasing policies, home features, appearance and condition, as well as the quality of maintenance services, response time and resident communication.

"Our goal is every resident's 100 percent satisfaction with every aspect of our service," said Balfour Beatty Communities Senior Vice President Anne-Marie Niklaus.

"The annual resident survey is a critical program that helps us identify how we can deliver the 5-star living experience our residents deserve and expect," she added.
