WIESBADEN, Germany -- Col. Jimmy L. Hall Jr. passed command of 5th Signal Command (Theater) to Col. Rob Parker at a change of command ceremony July 15, 2016 at Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden. The presiding officer at the ceremony was Maj. Gen. John B. Morrison Jr., commander of U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command.

"I'm immensely grateful and humbled by the opportunity to lead some of our nation's finest and most professional Soldiers and Civilians," Parker said.

Parker is the 22nd commander in the unit's history since the command was activated July 1, 1974 at Kilbourne Kaserne in Schwetzingen.
