Later in the morning, with the full Hospital staff attending, Command Sgt. Maj. Vincent E. Bond, Command Sergeant Major, Keller Army Community Hospital, provided a brief history of the enlisted medical corps. This ceremony concluded with a ceremonial cake cutting.

In recognition, the Keller Dining Facility will be serving a 'Meals Ready-to-Eat' style lunch.
