ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, Md. (Aug. 18, 2015) -- The U.S. Army's second highest ranking civilian official met with Soldiers and civilians from the 20th CBRNE Command (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives) Aug. 18.
