AMRDEC/SED

What is your job?

I lead and assist coordination efforts regarding the integration of sustainment and analysis for Army Aviation components. Our team reviews new & current technology, provides solutions to Aviation Platforms, and work to close the gaps so that Army Aviation has a closed loop process that

reduces cost, reduces soldier burden, and increases fleet readiness.

What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy the satisfaction of providing the soldier a safer and more efficient process to complete his mission. The work is challenging and the people I work with provide top quality solutions. I have a large amount of passion about the work I do and the work our group provides. I don't dread coming to work. I look forward working with people that strive for excellence.

No

What are you usually doing when you're not at work?

I spend time with my son, read, and exercise.

What would people be most surprised to learn about you?

I enjoy research.

Who are your heroes or who has inspired you? Why?

I have been inspired by many business women over the past 20 years that not only do their jobs well but reach out to help others achieve their career goals.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a corporate attorney.
