FORT HUACHUCA, Ariz. -- Last week, a promotion ceremony for Eric L. Bowen, chief, Operational Test Division, headquartered at the U.S. Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, was officiated by Col. Ray Compton, commander, USAEPG. The ceremony was held at the Thunder Mountain Activity Center, on Fort Huachuca. Maj. Bowen officially became Lt. Col. Bowen on Jan. 1, 2015. Bowen's rank was pinned on by his wife, with his daughter also participating in the ceremony. Compton administered a renewal of the officers' oath of office.
