REDSTONE ARSENAL, Ala. -- U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command's budget family bids farewell to a longtime employee.

Alice "Kay" Goodloe-Cutts, financial management analyst, retired from civilian service during a ceremony at the command's Redstone Arsenal headquarters Dec. 17.

During the ceremony Goodloe-Cutts received the Achievement Medal for Civilian Service, an American flag, a certificate of appreciation from the president, a three-star note from SMDC's commanding general, and a certificate of retirement and pin.

Goodloe-Cutts retires with 28 years of service.
