Soldiers and civilian employees from Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, take off on the Halloween Hustle, an early morning 5-kilometer fun run and walk held Oct. 31 on the installation. Participants were encouraged to come in costume to the inaugural event, which began and ended at historic Quarters One.
