Years of federal service: 27 years active duty in the Army; almost 10 years as a Department of the Army civilian (three and a half of those with SMDC)

Education: Three master's degrees in public administration, logistics management, and management with concentration in acquisition and contract management

Marital status: Divorced

Children: Two sons and four grandsons

Activities/hobbies: Reading, traveling, shopping, and entertaining

Favorite thing about working for the Army: Supporting the Warfighters and serving the country

What made you want to work for the Army: I received so much gratification from the camaraderie and the feeling of being a part of something bigger than myself while serving my country, that I wanted to continue my career doing what I could to keep serving my country
