ANSBACH, Germany (Aug. 4, 2014) -- The Katterbach Dental Activity team bid farewell to their outgoing commander, Col. Alex Eke, and welcomed their incoming commander, Maj. Carol Chiu, during the clinic's July 25 change-of-command ceremony conducted inside Bismarck Theater. Col. Jose Olazagasti, commmander of the Bavaria Dental Activity, took part in the ceremony, overseeing the transfer of the guidon from the outgoing to the incoming commander.
The Katterbach facility is among seven dental clinics that fall under the Bavaria Dental Activity. Together, the clinics serve Soldiers and family members of the region with an array of dental services, including general and pediatric dentistry, periodontics, orthodontics and oral surgery.
