Tripler Army Medical Center's (TAMC) Troop Command conducted a change of command ceremony where Col. James Davidson reliquishes command to Lt. Col. (P) Eric Bailey in an outdoor ceremony at Troop Command lawn, TAMC, Hawaii on July 22, 2014. Brig. Gen.
