REDSTONE ARSENAL, Ala. -- A U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command administrative assistant retired recently.
Kay Thrasher, admin for SMDC's G-6 office, retired during a ceremony at the command's Redstone Arsenal headquarters May 28.
During the ceremony Thrasher received the Meritorious Civilian Service Award, an American flag, a three-star note, a certificate of appreciation, and a certificate of retirement.
Thrasher retires with 35 years of service.
