In celebration of Public Service Recognition Week (May 4-10, 2014), the Department of Defense hosted the "Spirit of Service" Ceremony at the Pentagon honoring 34 outstanding civilian public servants from across the National Capital Region. These individuals display the core qualities of honor, integrity, and excellence in their everyday service to our Nation. This event was hosted by Mr. Michael L.
